Medical Info: Human. Peak training.
Eyes: Green.
Hair: Red.
Physical traits: Natasha is incredibly aware of what her body language gives off, and therefore, she's cautious about what she lets show. She's also incredibly aware of what people expect from her body language as a woman and therefore, she'll play into that. When she's being honest, she's being professional—stiffer, not flaunting, etc. Then again, that might be for the moment, too. I'll try to make it clear in comments what's going on.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Given the Marvel universe, anything is fine; that said, Natasha will not take kindly to her secrets being revealed or her personal motivations. She doesn't like to advertise those.
Abilities: Natasha was trained from childhood as an assassin and spy, and the end result was someone who had an amazing set of skills in ... a lot of things. She was known as the Black Widow for being an assassin. It's made her fairly infamous in Russia.

Master Martial Artist: Natasha is an expert in the field of martial arts. She has mastered karate, judo, aikido, savate, boxing, lucha-libre style wrestling and multiple styles of kung fu. Combined with her strength, speed and agility, she was able to take down nearly a dozen of Hammer security guards with ease and without being hit at all. She was also shown to defeat scores of Chitauri soldiers as well.
Expert Acrobat: She is an Olympic class athlete, gymnast, acrobat and aerialist capable of many difficult feats.

Master Seductress: She is an expert in the field of seduction. Natasha has been infamously known to bend many different men to her will and sometimes even get them to do her bidding for her. Iron Man is an example and living proof of this.
Expert Spy: Natasha is a dangerous secret agent trained in espionage, stealth, disguise, infiltration, and demolitions. Her talents and years of experience have enabled her to reach a high ranking as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: In Iron Man 2, Tony looks at her and asks, "Is anything about you real?" The truth is, Natasha doesn't want to be who she used to be; there's a part of her that savors the opportunity to be someone else. Natasha is very careful, very conscious, and very aware of what she's doing; every little body tick is something that she's aware of because she is very well trained. That isn't to say she'll be acting in camp, but she is very guarded and tends to approach things in a very cut and dry way. What drives her to be different, to be better is her guilt over her past mistakes, over all the lives she's taken throughout her life. She sees these as red on her ledger which she has to deal with. (In fact, a lot of her way of approaching her guilt is as if it's a debt to repay. Hence, uh, username.)
An insight given by ScarJo is that Natasha is not the naturally heroic type. In tune with her professionalism, she sees helping people and being on the Avengers as a job. She doesn't necessarily get personal gratification from it. Of course, she is still a hero and still does what she believes is best, but this is her base point (or, at the least, what she tells herself).
Also, the person Natasha is closest to is Clint Barton. He's super, super important to her.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask for most or if you can't ask, make it so she can dodge it. Natasha is a human but she managed to outrun the Hulk and lead him to the right part of a ship. The odds of her being spit on or stepped on are slim.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Natasha is definitely not a stranger to this, but don't expect it to be genuinely affectionate at first. (Or ever.)
Maim/Murder/Death: Let's talk.
Cooking: I assume she can.
As an aside, there are also movie verse comics that I'll be using to supplement my backstory for Natasha. These are, as far as I can tell, canon. They detail why she's uncomfortable about Bruce/The Hulk (it's actually a pre-movie thing), her backstory, her reputation, and so forth. Her backstory is generally similarish to her comics one as far as I can tell. She's from the same area and so forth. But the small details are ones I don't know yet. I am pretty familiar with 616 Natasha, for what it's worth, but this is definitely MCU!her.
